Welcome to PEEF AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PEEF AI website, platform, mobile applications, funnels, automations, products, and all related services (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws

Using the Services on behalf of a business means you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access many features. You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PEEF AI for:

Storing or uploading prohibited content

Harassment, abuse, or defamation

Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.

5. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PEEF AI.
By using our Services, you grant us permission to:

Process, store, and transmit your content as needed to operate the Services

Backup data

Use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics, improvements, and performance monitoring

We do not sell user data.

You confirm you have lawful rights to all data you upload.

6. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Fees

Certain features require paid subscriptions. Fees are billed:

Monthly or annually

In advance

Automatically renewed until cancelled

Prices may be updated with notice.

6.2 Cancellations

You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for past charges unless required by law.

6.3 No Refund Policy

Because PEEF AI provides digital SaaS access, automation environments, and instant tools:

All payments are final

Refunds are not issued

Exceptions may apply only at PEEF AI’s discretion

6.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Messaging & Communication Compliance

By using PEEF AI’s SMS, email, and WhatsApp features, you confirm:

You have proper consent from contacts

Messages comply with regional laws

You are responsible for the content and legality of communications

PEEF AI is not responsible for penalties incurred due to user violations.

8. AI-Generated Content

PEEF AI provides AI-generated responses, drafts, scripts, and automations.
You agree that:

AI outputs may require human review

You are responsible for verifying accuracy

AI output is not guaranteed to be error-free, factual, or legally compliant

PEEF AI is not liable for misuse of generated content

9. Intellectual Property

All PEEF AI branding, logos, software, systems, and proprietary tools are owned by PEEF AI.

Users may not:

Copy

Reverse engineer

Sell

Reproduce

Modify

Create derivative works

Claim ownership of PEEF AI technologies

Except where explicitly permitted.

10. Third-Party Integrations

PEEF AI integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., email gateways, payment processors, messaging APIs).
We are not liable for:

Outages

Downtime

Delays

Errors caused by external providers

Your use of third-party tools is subject to their terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

You violate these Terms

You engage in harmful or illegal activity

Upon termination:

Access to your account ceases

Stored data may be deleted

Outstanding fees remain payable

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PEEF AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the amount paid to PEEF AI in the last 12 months

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, leads, revenue, or performance results

Using the platform is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer

PEEF AI operates on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service

Error-free performance

Perfect accuracy in AI outputs

Results or income improvements

Permanent data retention

Users should maintain backups and verify outputs.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective when posted on www.peef.ai.
Your continued use of the Services indicates acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Canadian courts.
